Nice, I pick mine up on Thursday. I should have gone for yellow, white is just too popular now

Looks awesome m8 - white cars are so in at the moment and that doesnt disapoint - best Ive seen.

As an owner of a VRStdi 170, whats it like? Im thinking pretty strongly about replacing my old 110tdi to a 170.

The choice is New Mondeo 140bhp, a secondhand beemer 330d / audi 3.0 tdi or an Octy VRS tdi,

Hows it compare on the road?

Cheers

Here are my thoughts when I first test drove the 170:

http://briskoda.net/forums/octavia-i...ay-test/93000/

Feel pretty much the same now I have mine. So glad I fitted the Eibach/FSD combo as the ride/handling without it is rubbish IMO. Looks like you're comparing apples and pears though. I suspect neither the Octy nor the Mundaneo will hold a candle to the Beemer or the Audi...

Nice car! Just make sure you hang a high-vis jacket over the back of your seat and watch the traffic part for you

as for the cars, i've driven em all apart from the audi, id say the 330d, mondy feels a bit underpowered and rear wheel drive is always fun

That looks superb, I'm in the same boat as Paul in waiting for mine too, white certainly seems to be the colour at the moment!
