A couple of weeks before xmas, I had got some new Pirelli tyres put on the front. Since then, i notice that when on full lock, the tyres rub against the inside of the wheel arch. I can't say I noticed this before with the OE Dunlop tyres on, but to be honest, that doesn't mean to say it didn't happen, only that i was never aware of it. Anyone else noticed this when changing tyres?

Did you keep the tyre size the same when you changed? Has the wheelarch liner slipped perhaps to make it rub?

cant imagine the liner has slipped cause it happens on both sides. Not 100% sure about the size. I just dropped it off and left it with them. They have to authorise the fitting of new tyres with the contract leasing company. So, I can only assume they got it right. ![]()

Have a look at the size marked on the tyre side wall e.g. 195/55 R 15. Is it the same front vs. back? It ought be.
