|  What kind of immobiliser on new Octavia Elegance? I tried a search, but couldn't find anything - apologies from a newbie if this has been asked before! Can anyone tell me what type of immobiliser system is fitted on the new Octavia? I am trying to get insurance quotes online for the car I am expecting in March (so I don't have an owner manual to refer to!!), and cannot find details anywhere. Any replies appreciated. Eleanor |

| Re: What kind of immobiliser on new Octavia Elegance? Can't help I'm afraid the handbook is in swmbo's car, afaik it is thatcham approved but ring dealer for full details, or when looking for insurance I just quote factory fitted as std.  Fine looking hound by the way
