Yep , I was there , right down the front.

I first saw them about 16 years ago and this has to have been about the 10th time and one of the best.

Apart from the last tour before Bruce left 10 years ago , they always put on a good show , *but* their choice of set-list is often questionable.

When they have a new album out they always do the first three songs from the album in order , then something like 2 minutes to midnight , then the next three songs from the album , then the same half a dozen older tracks and it can all get very samey.

On the previous tour they played the new album in full and it wasn't what a lot of people (me included) wanted to see.

This tour though , we knew it was going to be all classic songs up to "seventh son" with the World Piece Tour stage set and they really didn't disappoint.

The sound was first class , the band were on excellent form , and to hear songs that they haven't played live in ages was a real treat.

"Rime of the Ancient Mariner" in particular is the one that stood out for me - the build up after the mid-song interlude was cracking.

Still not quite as good as Linkin Park and Jay-Z was last week though

Meh!

Never heard any of their music before , and thought they were pretty unremarkable.

Not *bad* , but nothing that would tempt me to go out and buy their stuff

I still have my Killers tour shirt from 1982 !

Used to be a huge fan but lost interest after Somewhere in Time. Best album is still the first one IMHO.

I'd just assumed they were the in teen angst band of the week
