Default Readiness codes??

Hi, Just picked my car up from the Skoda garage after having a new breather hose fitted and i'm a bit concerned as the mechanic said that he had to reset the readiness codes so that the fuel air mixture would be correct? He hasn't affected the Revo Remap that i've got on the car has he????

Didn't mention anything other than the readiness codes, car still feels the same (I think?!?!?) and it sounds the same as in I can still hear the DV 'ppssshhhh' sound. Do you get that 'pppssshhh' sound on the standard Octavia vRS?

Does resetting the readiness codes flash the car back to standard then? And would he have any need to flash it back just because the breather pipe has been changed?

You still get the Psssst on a standard vRS, but its louder after a map.

Have you got a VAG COM, you could do a BUP / Torque test ?

Haven't got a VAG-COM, going to go to REVO dealer and get him to check it out.

Don't worry about it, if you've had a problem with a hose on the car the ECU will have been adapting to suit. All he's done is reset adaptation values once the works been done, it doesn't reflash anything!
