Default REVO and BP102

Seriously thinking of putting in a tank of this stuff for a track day later this year (I may even put half a tank for our RR day which is coming up soon ). On BP's website it mentions that to get the full benefits of using this fuel, timing and boost need to be upped but I have no idea as to what the safe limitations are.

Please can you give us some indication as to what if any experience you have had with this fuel and what you suggest changing the settings to on the Select Plus device, I'm currently B6 T5 F9. Also, how long or how many 'starts' would you need to make for the ECU to adapt to this higher octane fuel.

BP 102 High Octane Fuel

Buy changing the settigns on the software to
B7-8
T6-7
F9... all the time..

Might be woth data loging the car tho..

It will change straight away , but to get the best out of it.. run a tank through it first.

thanks

102 fuel is great fun... we actually tuned a lot of the cars they used for development and their 996 GT2 they take to the shows uses Revo software to show the potential of fuel + set up to suit.
We made 438bhp on our GT3 using 102... 406bhp on 98! considering it's a highly tuned N/A car anyway that's a huge improvement!
I'd run B9 F9 T9... although you might prefer to run less boost depending on how aggressive you like the power delivery. Obviously you'll need to monitor the setup, and progressing to the settings Mike mentioned above is a good start. As is putting a tank full in.
Worth filling up, putting a few miles on her, doing an adaptation reset then setting higher settings!
Be careful though, on my old Ibiza I ran close to 300bhp and 350bhp when setup on 'race' fuel, the car on 98 at best ran high 250's and inthe region of 310ftlb... I kept spending a fortune on race fuel as it was much easier than bolting on a bigger turbo! Don't get hooked on the stuff!
