undo remap?

can any tuner take out a revo map? or must i go back 2 tuner who put it in? 130 bhp tdi.

I believe In theory, any Revo delear can do it. But what you get back will not be a skoda map, but revos interpretation of it.

If the original dealer took a dump of your ECU then go back to them, all they need do is reprogram that back onto your car.

Failing that it can be simply switched off and left in place by a dealer or someone with an SPS Switch.

When I had the Fabia Vrs Supperchipped I was given the Original setting on a chip similar to a Memory card. If I needed the supperchip to be re-moved, the car would have been put back to it's original settings. I assume a custom map is differant.

Just to clarify, if any Revo dealer flashes a stock code to your car it's a stock binary file (as in from the factory file) that's put in, not a Revo interpretation of it.
When trial reverts to stock it's an interpretation but running at factory levels.

but i know a guy who can put 1 in.

jus wanted 2 make sure it wouldn't fock up ecu taking the revo out.

cuple more month's an warranty out. will do her then.

225 bhp.

dont think i'll get my old tdi up 2 that 175ish maybe.

as long as the new map takes the lag away a bit and maybe help with the fuel consumption.
