| Hi guys,, skodas misfiring on throttle and steady high revs,, If this was my bike Ide say it was the main jet..Ive got new plugs dist cap,rotor , leads, was fine last week got a bit rough now really bad.. tried dismantling the carb? (bosch injector) cant see how to get to main jet ,, is that it upside down under the diaphram?,, how do I split the carb body.. all these questions.. help? |

| The Haynes manual describes how to take the injector out. I would try with the simple stuff first, remove and re-seat all leads and cap and arm and spray some WD40 around. Apparently it is the one torx screw at the back that holds the injector. Electrical resistance should be under 3 ohms at 15 to 30 degrees C. Apparently all seals and o rings should be renewed on replacement with a sealant on the screw thread. |
