| I recently put bigger rims (14x6) and 185/55/14 tyres (Avon ZV3) on the front of my Fav and after driving it a couple of thousand miles can thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting to improve not only the performance handling but also the general motorway comfort of the Fav, or Felicia or, frankly, pretty much any basic hatchback. Even when you're not chucking it round bends, it just sits on the road so much more securely that it's a lot less effort to drive. The Avons seem decent enough all-round (very good in puddles) and cost me a shade under £50 each, all in, bought online via TyreShopper: the rims were a bit of an extravagance at £48 each new from BK Racing - I could have got something from a scrappy, I've no doubt, but there are very few of those close by here and I frankly couldn't be fagged traipsing round them. |

| I had 185/60/14s on golf gti steelies on my fav, and will vouch for much improved handling. The only problem being a bit heavy when parking, but then i did have a small mountney steering wheel on it
