Car: Yellow VRS (152.7BHP!) | Knockhill Motorfair 2008 Hi all,
Thought I would stick this up as a event if anyone is intrested in going.
It is the annual Scottish Motorshow up at knockhill, lots of manufactuers coming along including SKODA will be in attendance.
For the boys: Miss Scotland Nieve Jennings will be in attendance, along with Terry Grant, a jet pack guy, custom trucks I think as well.
When is this do I hear you say it's the 10th and the 11th of May 2008.
I'm planning to go on the saturday but if we want to make it a Briskoda affair then could do the sunday.
Details on the link below but a family filled day out.
Remember if you come along Knockhill is not the warmest of places so wrap up warm folks. Motor Show 2008 - The Official Scottish Motorshow 2008

Car: Yellow Fabia (130BHP) | Re: Knockhill Motorfair 2008 I'll be there, providing I haven't already left for Gloucestershire (still awaiting confirmation!)
I went along last year, it's a great day out; LOADS of nice cars to stare at and sit in.
I could probably go along on either day.

Car: Yellow VRS (152.7BHP!) | Re: Knockhill Motorfair 2008 cool we were there last year (first time I had been in a couple of years) and it was a cracking day apart from it being cold!!
Spent most of the day on the ford and skoda stands.

Car: Yellow Fabia (130BHP) | Re: Knockhill Motorfair 2008 I'll be going there on the Sunday now. There are a couple of things I need to do on Saturday morning, and I don't like getting to Knockhill late because it takes ages to get in if you do.
If you go on the Saturday, please post here on how it went so I know whether to go or not

Car: Yellow Fabia (152.7bhp) | Re: Knockhill Motorfair 2008 I look forward to going on Saturday looking in all these cars, sitting in then and seeing what I can fiddle with in the cars. Pitty you can't take then for a test run round the track that would be fun. It was good last year bit cold and damp but i think the weather could be good this year.

Skodagirl1985 - You can go as a passenger round the track at knockhill.

Car: Yellow Octavia () | Re: Knockhill Motorfair 2008 The warmest day I recall at Knockhill was watching a rally there in 1988.
I had been out the night before and <trollop mode>had a 'few' lovebites round me neck (I was young - she was a maneater )</trollop mode>
I had to spend all day explaining to folk why I was wearing a poloneck jumper when it was scorchio!

Car: Yellow VRS (152.7BHP!) | Re: Knockhill Motorfair 2008 First time I went to knockhill was when I was about 21 and done the off roading school not that long ago and it was warm, any other time I have been there for shows, other things like skidpan have been freezing, I try anf get to knockhill twice a year at least.
I'm getting old now, can't be bothered with too many shows.
I even went to the last donny show in doncaster and that was a experiance being on your norm.

| Re: Knockhill Motorfair 2008 I stopped going to KH regularly about 3 years ago.
Kinda got fed up with the scene really.
Was fine when i used to do track days when i had the Cossie etc...but kinda cant be bothered with that now.
Only show i regularly attend is TOTB at York in the summer.
