Meet the Briskoda Scottish Members.

Hi all,

Taken this idea from another forum that I use and thought it would be a good way of introducing the scottish members of Briskoda.

So here is the idea, stick up a wee bit about yourself, pic of yourself and the Skoda/car you drive so me and Skodagirl1985 will start.

Name - Davy Watters/Hannah Brant

Locations: Edinburgh/Inverkeithing

Jobs: Admin Clerk with Scottish Widows/Admin clerk with the Scottish Government

Ages:25/22

Ours is a Lemon Yellow Skoda Fabia vRS with the following Mods:

Silvertec front Indicators
Green cotton Panel Filter with PD160 intake
vRS Side Stripes and b Pillar graphics
Aero wipers
Led Sidelights

Plans to come:

ARB
Strut brace
Powdercoated wheels

I think this is a great idea, especially for new people on this site to make an acqaintance with seasoned members. Not from Scotland myself so I will wait to see if a North East England thread emerges. Nice to meet you both by the way.

Future mods which are coming within a couple of weeks are....Hybrid turbo, FMIC, K+W coilovers, Brembo's, Miltek exhaust, Carbon air filter, Strut brace, Clutch and a remap.

Fife police Beemer on the track, fantastic. Thought the black VRS octy looked the biz on the circuit. Stood in the queue with a couple of lads desperate to ride in it. Skoda nuts for the future

Spec: Standard with Cruise and 6 disc changer

Mods: Aero Wipers and Genuine Mudflaps all round

I have fully registered VAG-COM v409.1 with cable i bought from eBay. It works a treat on Fabia, not sure what other platforms it will work on.

Have recently purchased the car and was planning on polishing today so i could take some snaps. Unfortunately whilst playing football with my son last weekend i managed to knock myself out and have twisted my back. So no cleaning for me at the mo.

The only modified car out of the three of them is the Octavia, which has the following modifications -

Forge Motorsport TIP
Forge Motorsport Closed Loop DV

I really want to get the car remapped but am having to currently work on the wife to persuade her that it is a good idea.

I'll try and post photos of the cars on the here next week.

First things to tinker with:

Leon Cupra Splitter
Get the Handles Colour Coded

Will give it some time before deciding about a remap or any other mods (only driven the vrs for 15 minutes!)
