Scottish Meet 22nd October

Seeing as theres a rolling road at Star on that day just thought i'd throw it up.
can either have a mini meet at star or do something afterwards ie 4pm
Anyone suggest anywhere in the vacinity of edinburgh? (bit outta my neck o' the woods)
Add names if interested and preferred time 10-3 @ Star or 4pm elsewhere

From this i assume its a Star and Detailing Day but i'll get onto Rich to confirm. (its about time he emptied my wallet again!)
So it would'nt be a Skoda Meet stricktly speaking but a Star Open Day with lots of different types of car. Those Scooby boys have a nose for rolling roads!

OK spoke to Rich today and he is mor ethan happy for loads of skodas to turn up.

Day is running from 10am-3pm with the Rolling Road open (charge to be confirmed but 2WD £20 and 4WD £30 was going rate last time)
There will also be a few Detailing Demos going on!
And Polished Bliss will be in attendace obviously with a Stand (all products 10% off!!!!)
Hopefully a few other traders will be along on the day so there will be a product to solve any car cleaning problem!!

Add your names to the list and hope to see you there

Of course mate, Should be a good day, lets just hope the weather holds.

You should have gave us a shout at SVAG day, i was the fat bloke in the black Fabia and Craig (Glider) was the silver fox in the wee red Mk 1 GTi

i'll add my name for the meet however i may not make it to star, not sure if its worth rolling my car anyway, will be lucky to get 100bhp lol
i'll try think of somewhere in the edinburgh region that would be suitable for a meet, what kind of place do you want, car park, pub, other?

Think we'll just be getting together at star TBH. that way Craig can still get to his night shift and i can get home before 12am lol.
it was just to get general opinions really but most folk seem happy with (are already going to be at) STAR.

yeh no probs not sticking it on the rollers (must be scared)
and if you do "pick up" some detailing stuff i'd make sure you've loaded your wallet before hand cos once you start you'll not stop.

I had my Prelude on the rollers 4 times - first at Star with the CRX boys, then Dastek - twice with SS-R and once with Edinburgh Cruise.

To be honest i'm skint (buying too many detailing products

From the sounds of it, the RR is gonna be way oversubscribed!

There will be folk from here, ScottishVAG, SIDC, SCC, etc. Sounds like it is going to be a very big turnout!
