this is probably an easy question for some local person/ someone whos been there before but can you point me in the direction of some accomodation for the Saturday night cos 8hrs is a bit much to drive to get there "early"
Something preferably in a northerly direction and within half hr of silverstone

I would yell.com for accommodation in Northampton - about the nearest big city, with a good road straight to Silverstone (and it's NE of the circuit) - For places a bit closer, try Towcester which is a bit closer down the A43 again. But I would go for Northampton, or if you fancy having a bit more of a drive on the Sunday morning, maybe Kettering or Market Harborough.

PS: PM me the info for getting you on the stand. No point booking a hotel if you've not got a ticket

I'ts not really a case of 'showing your car' more of a glorified car park inside Silverstone where groups from all different car clubs around the country come and meet. It would also be a cheaper way of attending something like this as the general public will pay more to park in the public car parks. You would be very welcome no matter what car you have to come and join in with the fantastic community spirit of Briskoda

Everyone who books through Jason, will get a club pass to park their car in an area designated for Briskoda. People turning up on the day will be in the public car park i think. Not really as much about 'showing' your car more being social and promoting the club and brand imo anyway. (beaten by Steve, this time )

Mines a Fabia VRS, not an Octy and apart from the re-map its totally standard so there's nothing to show really, even the alloys and the paintwork (apart from the recent re-spray on the bonnet) are quite shabby but i wont let that put me off and i'm working out a way to join you all for the day. I hope to contact you soon pal!
