|  Re: Palmers Skoda - Watford I phoned the most local 8 dealers to me for pricing on a new (fully loaded) VRS estate. I spoke to Stuart and Dan at Palmers. Simply put Palmers were head and shoulders above most of the others. Over the phone they clearly knew their products well, they knew pricing for options instantly, for any queries I had that couldnt be answered immediately (finance questions etc) they returned calls very promptly with fully explained answers and finally they offered one of the best trade in prices for my current car. They also offered a lengthy test drive at very short notice. Overall, they have so far been exceptionally professional and friendly to deal with.  I look forward to dealing with them in the future. In case anyone is wondering, Im not on commission but I do believe in letting people know there are good dealers out there. When you find one its worth telling others IMO. I'll update this thread as and when I pick the car up.  Lee

| Re: Palmers Skoda - Watford I needed a rear wiper blade so I went into this dealer yesterday  Nice and friendly and he even sent someone out to fit it while I paid my £3.98 for it I also ordered the WRC kick plates which are out of stock but after a couple of calls they are coming direct Good customer service

| Re: Palmers Skoda - Watford Great, friendly customer service and fast, efficient service overall. Had a broken rear cover on one of my headlights which they replaced under warranty without hesitation. Ordered the part on Thursday and had it fitted within 20mins of me turning up on Tuesday, they even replaced the airbox screw I'd lost. (Not much I know but it's little things like that that impress) I'd definately recommend these guys to anyone.

Excellent service, gave me a brand new courtesy car while mine was in, had one problem which was rectified the next day without any hassle. Well worth going out of my way to have the car serviced here!
