| have a bit of an intermittent fault with my baby at the moment, so i rang this shower to organise a drop in and diagnose. it took 7 hours (and 4 calls) to get a call back. Once i did get a call back i was dealing with a Eugene, i attempted to explain the problem to him and his attitude excreted lack of interest. he tried to disinterest me by telling me how long it "could" take to diagnose and the cost involved leaving me feeling very deflated and let down. I rang the garage out by the park, attempted to start explaining the fault and he cut accross me to give me the full problem, the cause, the solution and when he could take the car, It was such a relief. The only down side was he cant take the car till the 19th ![]() I'd sooner burn my car out than think about leaving it with these guys. |

| I spoke with Colm in there before buying my Fabia vRS privately and much to my surprise he was very helpful and full of encouragement. I'll be dropping into them for a service in 2,500 miles I think. Will withhold final judgment until after that time though! Have all the bad experiences happened at the old premises?
