| I no longer use West End despite it being really close. I bought my first Skoda from them which had not had its pre-sale checks done, they then replaced the coil packs as part of a Skoda recall when one of them gave up. It turned out they only replaced one as over time all the others failed! They broke my hub while doing a wheel bearing. I did pop in recently to see what deal they would offer as I was trading up. I left laughing at the fact they wanted more for a secondhand car on their forecourt than a new one costs! I would avoid this dealer |

| I have to say myself and other members of my family have always used this garage for years, spanning back to when the garage was a mile down the road into broxburn and not the new one at uphall side. I can even remember the owner before Stuart, when my dad was buying an estelle! Stuart is a good guy and has been there a long time whith plenty experience, as well as the some of the mechanics who do a great job behind the scenes. Things have went a bit more mainstream as Skoda has grown over the years but this is to be expected. Only downpoint i find is not being able to see whats being done to the car but was told the garage with shutters was down to the VW influence. I dont think I would get better deals or treatment any where else. Very quick at ordering any parts I have needed and always had the car back same day. I would like to mention Ian who is the salesman at the original gargage dealing with their used cars further down into broxburn (anything you buy there still comes under the main dealership and you get the same treatment). I have always found the guy really helpful and doesnt pressure you like I have experienced at many other garages when looking at cars. Very knowledgable guy and more than willing to help. |
