Bought new from here via Broker. Excellent service and really nice bunch of people to do business with. Top rating customer service wise. If I bought another Skoda would come here first even if they are 200 miles away from where I live.

I have purchased four cars from Falmouth Garages, and have always found them to be a first class company to deal with.
We purchased 2 New Fabia VRS's as driving school cars, we were not pushed by John to make any rash decisions, he gave us great service and advice and let us try any car we liked. Unlike some salesmen he did not come out with us, so we were free to test the car as we wanted to. All our service work has been carried out by them, the jobs were completed on time and at the price quoted. On the one occasion that my car broke down they really went out their way to fix it quickly, they were very busy and it was a bank holiday weekend. The spare part was ordered on a special overnight service and fitted so I could have the car back at 9.30 the next morning. I purchased a second hand Octavia for the wife, again great service, a couple of things went wrong after we purchased it, but they were put right free of charge and with very good grace. We are so impressed we have just ordered another Fabia.

Have recently collected my brand new (2008MY) Octy Elegance 2.0l from Falmouth Garages. Car was ordered via a broker. The car itself, so far, has no problems. The service I received was businesslike and efficient. My only small reservation is that at times I thought they could have communicated with me a bit more. It does seem to depend who you dealt with. Some on the 'phone were most friendly and helpful whilst one individual didn't return calls which was a bit offputting!

Used them a couple of times since buying my octavia.The service from them has been excellent especially from the sevicing department,Mike who runs the servicing is also very easy to get on with and does help out when you have problems.All the work i have had done has been under warranty and excellent and they have always phoned to say its ready.

I had intended to buy a new Fabia VRS back in March and had a test drive, i was impressed. On returning from the drive and asking about the stutter, servicing, etc. i was ignored and no one offered any information or help or anything !!.
I hung around the showroom for about 15 min. waiting for a member of staff , none of which were busy, no one offered any assistance so i walked out.
Despite this poor service i was still interested in a new VRS and rang to negotiate a price and ask about discounts on the VRS SE.
Having agreed a price on the phone for a VRS, i still wanted a price for a new VRS SE. and it was agreed that they would ring me back. THEY NEVER DID. I was dealing with a Ray Davis.
I have just ordered a new Fiat Punto 1.9 sporting from St.Erth Services.
An excellent price and good friendly service.
