Default Horton Skoda Shop, How Slow!!!

I can't believe how slow they are!!! I ordered parts from them on the 13/14 May last week and they have only just dispached them today!!! That is slower than getting bits from the USA.

All I can say good job I don't need them to keep the car on the road.

Rant over.

Were the parts on back order perhaps?

If so it would have been nice to let you know.

In all fairness we have been having glitches with the site in the background with SECPAY, and we didnt want to risk posting the parts without knowing the money was 100% there.

Id like to take this oppertunity to say sorry for the wait, and they will be with you shortly.

If you have any more problems id like you to contact me first.

Would just like to say I bought my car from them last year & have nothing but praise for them when dealing with the problems I had with my car, I for one will have no hesitation in buying my next car from them.
If only all dealerships were as good as Hortons.

I did phone a couple of days ago and was told that they had probably been sent on Thursday, I also filled out a question form this morning. I will take it as a glitch in the system this time. It just would have been nice to have been informed of the delay thats all.

Many Thanks

Simon

Could have been OK if the brakes could have been sorted and bigger wheels fitted, still I finished a few rallies with fairly good results with it. I realy didn't get on with it though.

I placed an order on 14 May and still haven't received my parts. Got a confirmation on 21 May to say they'd been dispatched, but 6 days seems like a long time in the post. ???
