| If anyone fancy's an absolute bonkers drive up to the C&F Meet at the end of the month then we will be meeting at around 7:00am with a view to leave at 7:30am from Chieveley Services at the junction of the A34 & M4. It's quite a trip to the Peak District but once there you're greeted by some of the finest roads and scenery in the country and well worth the trip imo + the Brisky guys 'n girls up north ain't as bad as they say they are! ![]()

| As I'm fairly local to the C&F I don't mind meeting people around J15 of the M6 & guiding you in through Stoke as its not that far. Last edited by McScooby; 21-01-2008 at 15:16. |

| No prob theres a big lay-by on the A500 just off J15 so it should be easy enough to meet up there & then convy through the sights of Stoke. :-) Last edited by McScooby; 21-01-2008 at 16:25. |

| That would be coolio by me... could meet you like at fulwood asda in preston if you're coming on the m55 from blackpool that would seem a sensible place... but any other suggestion? I don't know anywhere else along the m6 etc. |

| Loz, I can meet you at the end point noted here (layby off J19 of M6, on the A556) The route to the C&F is then detailed here (21.2 miles from layby to pub). So I'd recommend you we meet at 10.15. The coordinates for the pub are 53.243798, -1.999582 (decimal) for anyone who wants accurate satnav instructions (postcode is pointless as it covers far too wide an area)HTH, Steve
