Time for the trip to Brugge / Booze @ Calais.

Just found P&O for £19 return

Outward Dover - Calais Sun 25 Nov 2007 08:25 £9.50
Return Calais - Dover Sun 25 Nov 2007 21:00 £9.50

Book early as this is the last Sunday in November and the 1st Sunday that the hypermarkets open on a Sunday.

Credit card payment has a £2 charge.
Debit has £0 charge.

Damn those who live in Kent.

Access to cheap beer so easily.

The only way we can do it is overnight ferry from Plymouth - go to Caen or similar, and stock up there - 8 hour ferry back then.....

Is it really worth it just for alcohol?? lol! It's like in Prague, I couldn't beliebe how much beer Col and Roo bought, it was as thought they had never seen it before!! Bloody cheapskates!

Tempting, but I'll have to review closer to the time. There is a nice Novatel which is cheap and clean just outside of Brugge itself.

It's more for the day out in Brugge than getting more alcohol, also stuff from the hypermarkets. I doubt I will need beer tbh.
