| BriSkoda Activity Day with Car Limits!! Some of us Briskodians did one of these carlimits days back in 2006, and it was a great day, albeit a bit of a washout in terms of the weather. Basically, for £36 you get a day on an airfield in North Weald Essex with the aim being to explore the limits of your cars handling and performance. The format last time was lots of practise on a high speed bend with loads of room for practising spinning out etc , and then a series of coned circuits were set up, with the option of being timed. There was a slalom course set up too.The day was a good bit of fun, and a great way of learning a bit about you and your cars limits! Plenty of instructors were available on the day to give a bit of expertise, hints and tips, hop in with you for a ride etc. There is a capacity of 20 people for the day, and its £36 a head. Location is North Weald, near Epping, Essex Car Limits Booking would be direct through this website. Car Limits The days are open for anyone, so I suggest we get something booked up quickly. The day has now been decided - Thurs 29th May. I suggest people start booking NOW! FULLY BOOKED!! If there is enough interest in this I will approach Car Limits to make it a Briskoda exclusive day! I don't think there will be any discount achievable though as these days are normally fully booked ![]() I also remember there being a burger van type arrangement on site for refreshment etc ![]() | |

| Nice one Tom, looks good I'd prefer the Thurs personally, as I could then just make a long weekend of it in London, given the distance from here ![]() Cheers, Steve

| The day has now been decided - Thurs 29th May. I suggest people start booking NOW! If a mod could delete the poll, and amend the title to show the date, that would be appreciated. Will keep the first post up to date with attendance list. If people could start booking, that would be great. ![]() 1) Tom_vRS 2) devonutopia 3) Blade404 4) Wardy 5) Makefish 6) Petr 7) Beretta 8) cheezemonkhai ![]() |

Shame you cannot make it Mike, last time we went it was very good in the pouring rain. The Lotus's that were there were doing 360's on every corner, and I was getting wheelspin in fourth.................LOL

| I agree, the rain did make the last one interesting, remember me and Will in our Fabia vRSs making the Elises look positively slow, ![]() Saying that mind, I don't really want heavy rain again, makes it a bit less social. And does anyone remember Nicks breakfast roll!!! ![]() ALSO - PLEASE REFER TO THE FIRST POST FOR ATTENDANCE LIST AND LINKS FOR BOOKING ETC. Thanks |
