| Indeed just got back. Enjoyed it immensely - wish I'd asked for a passenger ride in the red beast ![]() Didn't take a single pic despite having my new camera with me, sorry. Hopefully some others have. Well done the Carlimits guys, humorous and patient as usual despite the awful weather this afternoon

| Home safe and sound. M25 was bad enough, and M11 wasn't much better. M1 was ok, until the warning lights about long delays, so a quick cross country blat to the M40 and all good Front tyres have taken a beating and will definitely need to be replaced before Euro trip (half expected that anyway). All in all, a good day. |

| Once again Briskoda proves it's such a nice community to be part of. Yes I had a great time thrashing the Red Devil up and down the runway, more so in the morning than the afternoon: but it's the people you meet and the way we help one another in a crisis that puts a smile on my face. Many thanks to Tom and Carlimits for organising the day, fantastic!! PS Nick, next time ask or just kick Gerry out of the passenger seat.

| Was great fun but there is only so many times you can take a high speed corner until it becomes a bit tedious but the afternoon session was a right hoot, great fun on the short course using the handbrake to make the tight turns and getting it sideways on the longer course, made a lot easier due to the surface water left by the rain I learnt a lot in the short space of time and improved steadily in the afternoon which is testiment to the quaility of our instructors We need to see some pics and vids though, where are they? ![]() Last edited by Makefish; 29-05-2008 at 20:58. |

| Blimey, give me a chance! Motorway was a bugger and I realised that my camera was set on ISO1000 all day so the few photos I did get were grainy as hell....still a couple of hours of editing and I've got this lot (I didn't get the camera out once it started raining)... KaiserB_uk's slideshow on Flickr ![]() Had some good fun, although I really struggled in the wet. It was nice to put some faces to online names. Last edited by Kaiserb_uk; 29-05-2008 at 21:13. |

| Just got back to my mates so thought I'd log on. Had a thoroughly enjoyable meal last night, great food and great company (even if the service was a little poor ).Today was awesome, I could have done the high speed bend for a while longer, but you have to concentrate and work on the subtleties of car control... The afternoon was a right hoon though!!! Did a fair bit of ****ing about, proper fun!!!All joking aside, I'm more than happy for any evidence to be posted up, but in the freedom section please ![]() Thanks to everyone who turned up - tis a great community we have, but it wouldn't exist if nobody turned up!!! Nice to see some familiar faces and some new ones too. I'll try not to leave it too long for the next one, but I'd like to make sure there was a full crew first though for a bit more variety! ![]() |

| Just got back although took some time out to meet some VAG guys in Bristol, and also stopped at Tesco. M25 was so bad I ended up going M40 for 10 miles before cutting down the A404 back to the M4. Sure that saved me some time, but it was still busy. M5 spray was atrocious, but the aquapel did it's job and I had good visibility. ![]() Great day out had by me! 1:13.9 I think was pretty good for that wet track which shows that slower and tighter did work, and also showed the Peloquin helped (and it sure was giving it at times! )Thanks to Martin for the spare bed which only cost me a breakfast and a pint. Would not have liked to do that journey twice in the same day. I shall be reviewing the video footage tomorrow evening. Right now, I'm ready to crash out.
