|  OK Whose in charge of the South West whose the official meet organiser for the South West or don't we have one and us farmers are left in Anarchy I Like Chaos keeps things more interesting  well main reason I'm asking is because I want to organise something special but may need it done officially, funding, etc ... I'm sure it used to be NCarring but I've no Clue now |
