In the photo second from the bottom is 'red stripe' the van I was telling you about. White over red split screen, it was awesome

I couldn't believe the overnight change from thursday to friday. So many c havved up cars parking up outside our apartment checking out the surf

Then I drove through town friday at about 11 in the morning and the tables outside wetherspoons were full to the brim and I swear I saw pints of lager being drank. Each to their own and all that but in a way I was glad I was going home the next day, as I could feel the hate side of my love/hate relationship with Newquay had the potential to surface.

I did see some gorgeous vans and beetles and the atmosphere that day when most people had arrived was quite something. But, been there done that now

Got back alright at about 12ish .. after stopping at Taunton Dean to have some nice toasties and soup! Straight to bed when we got back - cept Will having to have his Ash Racing fix which he'd not had all weekend ... hmmm

All in all a great weekend; some great pix ... mine to follow when I get them on computer, forgot my lead today so most likely tomorrow they will be up!

Oh and thanks to Big Si for letting me drive his red Octy the whole of 4metres whilst in the queue for RTTS whilst he nipped off to the bog ... lol

Damn.... Hey LYK - I know I was on your private land so was allowed to put my show plates on for everyone to see as they walked by, but you might want to edit that pic of all numberplates.

In revenge here's my pic of Leon totally OFF HIS FACE as we left the pub in Roche on Saturday night. Will & Becky looking on in embarrassment. My god I've never seen anyone quite so mullered in my life.
