Default Thanks for the job today.

Thanks to Brian for the fitting work. £100 for the fitting kit was a bit much, 6 bolts but hey everybody should get one.

Ok, is it just me wondering what "the job" was? after all, some "job's" can be had for less than £100, but not if your married, they cost 1 kitchen and 1 conservatory

Sorry, I had a new Quaffe diff fitted today, it requires a fitting kit @ £100, you need to grind out the rivets to get them to fit, hence the fitting kit is required. I thought OK but then I saw it consisted of 6 bolts and 2 O rings.

That does sound pretty harsh - £100!

So, how much was the diff? Total cost inc fitting?

And can you go round corners without smoking the n/s tyre now?

Looking forward to the review!

I had some other bits and bobs, service etc and was happy with the final bill.
Have been requested not to provide costs on here as the "others" can see.
Just pi55ed off at the price of 6 bolts and 2 O rings.
