I phoned a place once, and asked about getting hold of CHR 15.

The girl said she didn't know of it being available, and when I asked how much it would be likely to cost, she said if I had to ask I probably couldn't afford it! Cheek!

( she's probably right though)

brother had L33 STE for £250 from the DVLA, dads got N** FOX and that was the same so you can get lucky sometimes.

N19 ELS was a couple of grand though !

When S reg's first came out I enquired S7EVE. It was available for £1999 which I thought was too much.

I had second thoughts about a week later and rang the DVLA back and they said it was now not available - its going to auction.

It then sold for something silly like 30K
