| Hi all, I'm waiting for my silvergrey fabia estate to arrive but I was a bit dissappointed not to find colour-coded door handles on the option list. Does anyone has experience with painting the door handles ? Or is it possible to fit Octavia ones, they can be colour coded from factory... |

| You can get chrome effect door handles, which I saw on alex_ninja's car. If he see's this hopefully he'll pipe up and tell us all where he got them from (as I've forgotten already...) ![]()

| Painting plastic needs a special primer - and as it's metallic you will need to apply a top coat of clear lacquer.

| The chrome (and carbon effect) door handle covers are from JHM Buttcos and cost about £40, they are easy to stick on and when ordering you have to specify how many key locks the car has (2,1 or none) for the caps. Not sure on how they would look on a Stone Grey car, but on a red one they look the gerbils gonads.
