Hi have a 04 Black magic VRS. Have had it for a while now and after looking at cars on here I am becoming more and more annoyed with swirl marks and imperfections in the paint. I am very interested in having the car detailed professionally and paint resored etc and wondered if anyone knows of anyone in the Kent area that is any good? Any recommendatons greatly appreciated.

Have been looking at the black octy in the below thread and cant believe the difference it has made. All the swirls seem to have gone! I would imagine it to be quite expensive though? I also have a rather nasty stain from the previous owner which looks like it could be bird mess that he obviously couldn't be bothered to wash off! http://briskoda.net/forums/styling-c...ection/109433/

Thanks for the help all. Need to do something my bonnet looks like its been washed with rocks! Think it might be costly though! I was reading a website that says they measure the depth of your paint before deciding whether it can be treated. Is there any risk involved with this kind of treatment?

The idea of 'Machine Polishing' your car will always take a little of the Clear Coat away but once it's been done you then need to sort your wash process out for this damage to not occurr again.
