Can't Edit Posts?

Anybody else experiencing this problem? Tried this morning to edit a couple of my posts I'd made (to edit my spelling mistakes

) but it wont save my edits?

noticed this yesterday. It does save it but the page just hangs. If you give it a 10secs, click the hyperlink to the sub forum and go into the thread you shoul see your edited post in all its glory.

I noticed this. If you hit F5 once edited, it does bring back your edited post. It just doesn't seem to refresh once you've edited.

ajax effect, bit of both, let me have a poke around...no reason at all that should fail. Thanks for highlighting it.

Something different for me on this too. Using the latest version of Firefox.

If I make a post, then decide to edit it for content/spelling etc, I'll make the changes and then the page will just stick at the applying stage. As if my connection or the site has hung and isn't accepting the change. However, if I goto another tab and browse to the Briskoda section I've just posted in, the amended copy will be visible there.

Most strange....
(hope my above description makes sense)

Bit more info; if you go into Advanced Editing, it will complete the operation successfully and return you to the post. As it used to when completing a Quick Edit...

It just sits there doing diddly squat but when you view the thread again the edit has been added.

It's part of the lic agreement I can't publish source. As that's a part of the chain that has not actually changed it's not that. It's the underlying server, I suspect it's the settings, which if I've got it right are quite good, but with some trade offs.

I'll find out more on Wed.

ispy wasn't behaving great yesterday either - some duplicate posts with swapped details. not seen it mentioned but not really a problem
