| Nnoticed ads are gone, is that permanent? Could do with getting rid of descriptive text at top of page that tells you what forum and thread you are in IMHO..... the "path" links are sufficient I reckon

| Another thing - being picky maybe, used to easily be able to see which threads I had posted in, now it's quite difficult with a small hard to see arrow.

| *confuse a person but sussed now* I have my personal options set upside down so that Page 1 displays the latest posts rather than the earliest ones. I note when I submit a reply, the screen reverts to the page with the highest number, i.e. Page 2 on a 2-page thread, though that is the earlier page if using the "latest first" option. Mo |

Is there yet a thread for differences from the old format that people can raise - the internet gods can then say yes or no as to whether it'll change/be fixed. | |

| I really like it - Well done Colin! The white is a tad white - however this makes a nice fresh look ![]() I still love the PM and Inbox quick options. Amazing.

| After using it for a while, I have the same comments on the white. The ads will return, I guess its best to consider the current skin as a work in progress. I have noticed several things dont work as mentioned earlier in the thread. I am sure Colin is bevering away in the background testing things before making them live for all to see.

| I too preferred the old one, I'm not going to comment on the things that are missing at the moment, as i assume they will reappear when Colin has time, but the colour / brightness is OTT IMO. |

| When I click on "Quick Links" and then "Today's Posts" I have several times got a "wait 20 seconds to search again" message. It's as though I'm double clicking on it and the forum software thinks I've tried to do two searches in quick succession. Even when it works OK, I get a sound from the speakers as though I've double-clicked. Anyone else had similar problems?

| I'm finding it stresses my eyes to read - dark background is far easier on the eyes - any chance of a theme to keep it more contrasted? Bas (getting on)

| Well after waiting 24hrs or so since I logged in to find these changes I'd like to start by giving a big to Colin. Can't be an easy thing running one of these...As a member on here as well as VwVortex & SeatCupra... I have to say this is for the most part the easiest of the bunch to use/navigate. Something I like from the SeatCupra forum is that whenever I post in a thread I automatically am signed up to that thread! The previous skin had a much more friendly personal feel, where-as this new skin is a bit like walking into a modern hospital all's squeaky clean yet you could be anywhere in the world as it's the same floor-plan much of the rest of the world are using & kind of leaves you with that same hospital feeling of dread even if you came for a happy ocasion...![]() Thanx! Let's bring these back ASAP neither of the other forums I'm an active member on use them & I dare think it has allot to do with the often lack of civility shown!!! All-in-all good to see things moving forward. |

| This is the first thread I've read since being absent for a couple of days and I like it so far. I wondered what the heck I'd done when I saw I had two notifications waiting for me on signing in!
