I got it briefly.

I think Colin has implemented this in an effort to widen his swear word vocabulary

No I've put it back on apache to compare load averages.

Ironically I never got a spike while testing the other server; grrr.

Anyhow it's a message indicating the server is busy. I'm trying to find a way to mitigate this and it's effects.
