| You can use an OEM device which is a Denison Icelink. It will reside in the socket that would normally be occupied by a CD changer if fitted.

| Dension Icelinks are available from the dealers, but all Halfords stores can order the parts. There's also a Connects2 part which does the same job (I think at a lower cost) but I've not got a part number or catalogue for that.

| I have an XCarLink device in my Superb - not the iPod version, but the USB one. It works very well and allows me to toggle between the CD Multichanger, USB MP3 player and the radio using the CD button on my Symphony radio. I would expect the iPod version to be just as good. iPod CD changer adapter, VW iPod, Music Link, xCarLink

| The USB XCarLink takes a USB stick. I put 6 folders named CD1 - CD6 (The Symphony head will only recognise 6 CDs) on each USB stick, one for each CD. I find that at maximum bit rate I easily get 6 CDs on a 1Gb USB drive. I keep getting given 1Gb sticks given to me at trade shows so I have several in the car My XCarLink was about £80. I chose it so I could keep the CD Multichanger. The only problem is remembering whats on each USB drive..... The link above to their web site explains quite a bit and has photos.
