| PD engine. If you remove the engine cover, there is circular a black plastic container with a multi-faceted top between the engine block and the radiator. The oil filter lives in here. (It is a paper element. AFAIK Skoda part no N 0138115 oil filter element with gasket(S)) |

| yeah i tried all the way thats in the manual,but thats for fixed servive,mine is not fixed.Funny feeling im gonna have to pay to get this done |

| You will need a strap to get the housing undone, and done forget to replace the rubbers, and finally just re-tighten it up hand tight, there will also be retained oil in the bottom of the housing, up to you if you recover this oil, but if you are flushing as well, I'd recommend you do get this last of the old oil out as well. hth. |
