Default Wheel hop fix

I can't remember where I got this from but has anyone on here tried this fix.

Pretty simple operation:

Take the plug of the ABS controller in the engine bay. Find Pin 18 on the controller. What you want to do is apply Key-on 12v+ power to this pin. Cut the Red/Black wire in the connector, tape off the side that goes into the harness, and run the other side to a switched 12v power source of your choice.

I can't remember if this is refering to VW's only.

Fit harder suspension - yours is boat-like.

On a serious note, don't trust the colour of wires from other VAG cars to be the same as the Skoda: personal experience shows that this is not always the case!

Yes, I'd like to know.

I'm getting hop in 1st and 2nd if I lose traction nowadays- it sucks. I never used to get it...

Umm, stop wheel hop.

TBH I don't really know. Something to do with the ABS but have never tried it myself. Just wondered if anyone else has.
