grey vrs!!

Recommended Posts

Those wheels, just :thumbdwn: I'm most disappointed. They just look like aftermarket specials... :(

They look like Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2s, but seem to have too many spokes.

If, however, they are similarly lightweight that may be a redeeming feature over their style.

PS> Just checked; the Octy wheels are 15 spoke - Pro Race 1.2s are 12 spoke. Hmm ...

I realised that I only work 2 mins away from the Grey vRS's so I popped down today to take some photos. If anyone wants anymore let me know. I am not sure on the Limited edition's wheels hopefully they will look better with the centre caps on.

I don't know but if you look closely at some of the Limited ones there are no seats in them as they are currently away getting retrimmed in leather. One of the guys I spoke to at the site said they are awaiting 72 sets of seats to come back before the cars can go to the showrooms. Also not a single one I saw had xenons.

I wonder if the wheels are being fitted in the UK and hence why some have the original wheels on??

The thought did go through my mind Stu, a'la the SE Fabia leather seats...

How many Zenith wheels do you need in stock though!

Dont see no headlightwasherjets either , so no Xenon?

Also, these all have the newer rearviewmirrors (the bigger ones) of the facelifted octavia. Do they also have the newer dashboards?

I couldn't get that close so cannot comment on the interior.

No problem! Thanks for the piccies!

I really like that color (as driving a diamond silver one myself  )

Good to see more pics - so Skoda have again missed a trick by not applying some of the nicer options to a Limited Edition

Much prefer the look with the Grey and Zeniths....

You cannot add any optional extras to it according to the brochure, that will explain why none of them had Xenons lights or reverse parking sensors.
Presumably if you can't order options it means they've all been built already and are sitting on docksides etc. like the ones you photographed.

Not exactly a mind blowing spec for a limited edition model is it .:thumbdwn: (is it limited in the sense that they wont make them for much longer anyway).

Dont think I'll bother - even the wheels look boring compared to the "zenith" type.

But if they had included useful things like PTC heater , multi-functional sports steering wheel, DSG, some extra BHP - then I might have been tempted.
