Is anyone going to Le mans next year? I went last year, my first time and it was amazing. Journey there was great, saw every supercar ever, drunk loads of small french beers and saw a really good race.

We booked up just a few weeks before hand and were stuck in bedejoure, not a great place to camp. Thinking of going with speedchills this year although its selling out fast. Prob go over thursday night and come back monday morning. Looking at taking a longer drive down this time. The motor way was a bit boring and pratroled by the french plod.

I might be going with dad uncle and brother this year, we went in 2007 when it ****ed it down! well be staying on a hotel though again as dad and uncle cant sleep on floor unfortunately even though I've been picking on them about camping!

we will be going down on the weds or thurs this year and hopefully I'll get to take the octavia! and well come back on monday or tues depending on how long we can get off work.

if you do camp id really recommend WhiteRabitRacing as I know about 30 people who went with them and all couldn't praise it enough.

Anyone remember the fire engine going round beausejour? Im taking my furby vRS. Last year we took 4 cars and we all got stickered up which was a laugh. Seeing everyone about leading up to LeMans. I have gaurd x on my furby will this be damaged by the stickers??

Well I'm now jealous of you lot as I was advised just after Christams by SWMBO that it is too close to my two daughters birthdays and that that weekend could be one of thier parties... So it looks like my plans to go again are on hold till next year...

Well I know it's still a while away but I've started to put some of my stickers on already, I going as "camper support vehical" so still some relextive markings on the back and some amber strobe, and possibly a sponsored by 33 beer sticker but you'll get the idea.

Oh and going back to the sweepstake idea, i did a trial run from barnsley back home at 60 tops and the computer reading was remarkable, (won't give anyone any hints tho)

Dont forget your computer will read higher than you actually get, my oct always reads 2-3mpg higher and SWMBO's fabia usually reads 8-10mpg higher.

thanks chequers were from a local sign makers, and the rest were from hollographics.

Definitely going, booked on the 07:20 chunnel on Thursday. I'm up near Tetre Rouge on the Team Langoustine campsite, on the way out to Carrefour so drop me some beer in on the way past!!!
