- Friday

Catch the ferry across to the Isle of Man from Heysham

Find the hotel for the evening and relax with a few drinks and a good meal.

- Saturday

Drive either the top or bottom half of the Island taking in some of the best driving roads and scenic views, before heading back to the hotel for a good meal and a few drinks.

- Sunday

Same as Saturday only the other half of the Island.

- Monday

Ferry back to Heysham and back home.

This is a package deal

The sailings depart on 20th March, Heysham~IOM and return on 23rd March, IOM~Heysham.

Found a lovely Hotel that has an offer on, they have their own underground car park, so parking there is very secure, however I have been informed that car crime is unheard of in the Isle of Man. It also boast a bar/restaurant, swimming pool, spa pool, steam room, sauna, gym, and Jacuzzi, if you fancy it.

The total cost, based on 2 adults travelling in 1 car, for 3 nights sharing a twin or double standard room, the total cost is £287.00, which is £129 per adult and £29 for the car.

For an atrium or sea view room the total cost per 2 adults in 1 car is £359.00, which is £129 per adult, £29 for the car and £24 per night sea view/atrium room supplement.

For one adult in a car, in a single room, the total cost goes up to £316.00, which is £129 for the offer, £44 per night single room supplement and £55 for the car.

If you want to share a room but still come in your own car the cost is £184 each, which is £129 for the package and £55 for your car.

Yes there is camping in the area but then you would have to pay for your ferry too and I'm not sure how much that would all cost as we have secured a package deal for this and the hotel and ferry is all encluded.

What cars have we got in the group, we will be in a Fabia VRS or a BMW Z4 but not sure which one yet. If the weather is looking good we will stump up for the extra fuel and bring the BMW but if it's looking bad the Fabia will save a fortune.

A few people have had to pull out due to the work climate at the moment and uncertain if they will have jobs in March.

I have finally got my act together and created my own account instead of using my poor fathers (grumpy) most of the time. Grumpy aka Malc was going to attend this trip however sadly is unable to now :(

Currently working on a suitable meeting point on the Friday and will be updating everyone with an email soon

not long now got a bullet camera to go on the car to take video footage and all the cameras are ready to go too fingers crossed for nice weather now

Well we had a cracking time on the Isle of Man so much so we will go back again soon.

We took a lot less photos then expected if I'm honest but we have some video footage to edit so as soon as it has been done I will post it up.
