you'll need 06A 103 221 BH £27.97 hope this helps

Here you go:-

06A 103 221 BH

NB: Also check 06A 103 221 BK (this goes from the bleeder valve into the inlet manifold, do a seach there are some pics floating about) and tends to fail at about the same time

Peter

i would contact creation motorsport

i found this one cracked and got a replacement from them

thicker reinforced piping and cheaper than skoda parts

Its ridiculous how helpful and friendly everyone on this site is!

No worries mate I think they are out of stock at the moment but they always seem to get stock quickly

also if you buy the one from creations you will need to trim about 5mm of the pipe that fits onto the crankcase if you want the engine cover to fit correctly

Or you can just forget about the cover alltogether...cools better :D

good point well presented, just a crappy piece of plastic anyways unless you have a carbon one

mmmmmmmmm carbon

hope this helps

Just replaced mine with a blue silicone one thanks to the helpful guys on here

Best check the one under the manifold and the one which drops of that Y pipe down to the block as these will be on there way soon as well.

HTH

i got a blue silicon from fleebay about £22 delivered.

Yeah mine was off fleabay but the company that sells them now have there own website

I've got the lower pipe too, its a eurotec one, as fatty5000 said....this is proned to go too!

Where did you get it from

I bought it from a supplier who put me onto eurotec direct.......it was a nightmare and took months to send the pipes and one was faulty so i had to get another however they fit well!

I would look at doing the catch can mod and think you could get rid of the lower hose by making up your own pipes by buying silicone lengths and the correct elbows etc.

You got your weitecs yet?

I'm re-making and slightly re-designing my entire breather system with new valves, pipes and flouro hoses (including a catch can). Hopefully be fitting it all up this weekend, as I got the last of my hoses yesterday.

I'm also relocating the one-way valve into a more servicable position.

Watch this space for the ultimate (ultimately expensive!) breather rebuild!!

hi mate, look forward to seeing that......good luck.......i think i may follow you with this, how much you spent on bits so far?

I'll price it up properly and put it in my thread for you. But off the top of my head.... £60 for CC, £60 hoses, £40-60 for the rest of the bits! I've dragged it out over about 3 months, so hasn't 'felt' expensive!

The bits that shocked me were the PCV and engine block breather pipe from Skoda. Such a rip off! I've put the PN's and prices in the parts sticky.

I'm looking forward to a weekend of cut and scratched hands trying to fiddle around under the inlet!

Thanks for all the help,Im going to have to go with the cheap option from the local garage for now. :(

This month has been very expensive for me due to clutch being replaced.

Im assuming its an easy job to replace the pipe?

I must have a proper look actually, what tools would I need for it?

I need just the bottom breather pipe, does anyone sell these separate apart from skoda ?

I haven't got the weitecs yet as I have just bought my new zorst

but with Christmas just round the corner I'm hoping Santa will be nice to me this year hehe

The lower pipe is a bit of a fecker to fit.......you need to take off the plastic engine cover at the front of the engine by the dipstick then undo the plate that bolts near the inlet maniold and holds the dipstick tube in place. It is properly fiddly and you have to be careful not to break anything down there. Its also fiddly getting the pipe out and iirc there is a circlip holding the pipe in.

The lower pipe can be bought from eurojet in the states or from autobahn 88 i think.
