Folding the rear seats

Featured Replies

I've seen it commented on that the rear centre seat doesn't fold all the way forward like the outer two do.

Whilst sitting in the Yeti downloading mp3 music from SD cards to the HDD of the Columbus this evening, I read in the manual that the trick is to remove the centre rear seat headrest, then fold the seat back forward. Then press the backrest release lever again and push the backrest down harder where it locks down even tighter. Hey presto, the centre seat then folds forward as far as the other back seats, missing the rear of the centre console (just).

If my neighbours thought I was strange sat in the car in the rain (downloading the music), I've got some real explaining to do now I've been sitting in the back playing with the seat fold mechanism! :giggle:

I have just been through this thread and deleted a whole load of totally Off Topic posts. The thread is not in the off topic/general forum so please keep to the subject of folding Yeti Seats.
