Speakers...

Featured Replies

Basically, bought my VRS with 3/4 blown speakers.

My intention is to replace the front speakers with these speakers as I got them off my mate for free.

Will I need speaker adapters...? If so, will this fit...

I just wanna get some form of mild sound quality back in the car now, without a horrible farting noise accompanying every bass note, ASAP.

Any help appreciated, Chris.

im prety sure you may need an adaptor it just depends how shallow they are if there shallow enuf they should go in fine with a bita hole realining! (corect me if im wrong though)

hey i've just changed my front speakers on my fabia. The front speakers must be "shallow fit" as they will not fit in the foor, i bought a set of pretty decent infinity speakers. I also used the speaker adapters from halfords for a VW golf/ polo/Seat Ibiza/Seat leon. if you need to know how exactly to take the door panel off i have posted a reply to door panel removal in this forum.

Fantastic, thanks.

Like said you will need the polo adapter or some baffles making up.
