Going by the last couple of trips, £1K will easily cover everything. Hotel probably about £300 (depending on what hotel Will is looking at), ferry is less than £100, the rest is just fuel and spending money. If you can get a co-driver to share the cost of the fuel, hotel and ferry then that will help massively. That said, I just allowed £400 in spending money, you can probably get away with half that.

The last few trips I did on my own, so my estimate is based on what I spent, fuel costs can be reduced by not vmaxing your car on the autobahns at every opportunity. :p

I'm going to have a think about it too. Wasn't planning on doing one this year, but now the thread has been posted I'm tempted again. Don't fancy doing it in the Fabia, Felicia would be a giggle, but would need to be checked over with a fine tooth comb to make sure it will make it there and back, co-driver seat available in a nice yellow vRS is also tempting too. :think:

My vrs needs some speed unlimited roads!!

I am planning to use the same Hotel as September 2009 which has Secure parking. The Price Alan has quoted for 1 person, if you are able to share the costs with someone then you can almost say it will be £1000 for 2 in the same car. The main cost on the Prague trip I find is the car, and if you are happy sharing the room, double bed then that can be split as well.

Well, if you're thinking of taking Paige's Felly then I might be persuaded to take my Felly.

Would the factory trip include seeing the concept cars they have hidden away? I seem to remember we nearly saw them last time.

If I go, I might be looking for a co-driver, or co-driver's seat.

Concept cars could be possible with a larger group, September 2009 was a no because we did not have enough people. Also I wonder what new cars could be close to coming out in May 2010.
