Feeler: Surrey Rolling Road Skoda Owners day?

Featured Replies

Just wondered if anyone fancied hitting up surrey rolling road and have a dyno run done?

The more people who are interested the less it is likely to cost, this is purely just a post to guage interest and see whether its worth doing it or not so i do not have a set price just yet

IF YOU ARE interested put your name down and a suggested day (preferably a weekend day) in april that you would be availiable.

if you want a nose at the website http://www.surreyrollingroad.co.uk/

:)

I've been to Surrey RR with another forum. The guy that runs it is called Charlie and looked after us well.

I'd be surprised if Clive doesn't show up and my mate has a remapped GTi if thats OK?

maybe we should create a VAG day instead, know anyone else that would be interested?

Lets start a list:

1. Bertee - Octavia vRS

2. WestallC - Octavia vRS

3. Philboy - Golf GTi

Anyone else??

Just the 3 then, I don't believe that there is no interest in a Surrey RR day. :dull:

Bit far for me really

The last one I went to was in Leicester.

Find a couple of friends who are like minded... Leave the house early.... Enjoy the open road

jason stop being a tart lol with your car wont take long lol

151 miles is a fair way. I'm only going to Loughborough on the 28th for a dyno day as I am turning it into a weekend with the relations. :D

Plus, if 150 miles was such a walk in the park why is there such limited interest in the Castle Combe day?

It was 140 odd miles to Leicester and we did it as a day out lol

Only just seen this thread, I might be interested depending on date.

intersted depending on data and time. and if im alowed with my car. :-)

I think it is dead in the water :dull:

I will do it. Mike @ Impossible has packed up shop here in Kent so no rolling road near me any more apart from those jokers AMD at Lakeside who charge £75 a session!!!!

I might be able to get one or two more Octy VRS's to come, just don't book it on the 24th as thats the Castle Combe track day

If this isn't completely dead i'd by game dependant on date

Gonna be looking late June/early July now I would have thought.

Went to a VAG thing last night at Brands Hatch, another Mk1 Octy VRS turned up and he's after getting it rolling roaded too so thats +1
