Does anyone know of any links to say the performance times of 2.0 diesel's (PD, CR, 140+170), also the 2.0 petrol turbo.
I know 0-60 and top speed as their easy to find but having trouble finding these times:
30-50mph in 3rd and 4th
50-70mph in 5th and 6th
30-70mph thru gears
Many Thanks

In the Audi the engine management must be really different as the MPG is massively different.
0-60 the A3 is 0.4 seconds quicker to 60.
town mpg 40.9 vs 36.7
out of town 67.3 vs 61.4
Average 54.3 vs 49.6
co2 139 vs 150
Why can't we have those sort of figures in the vRS?
I've heard that the engine management is different across the brands and that Audi have the pick of the bunch. It's the first time figures have been different though.
In the PD they were the same across the Leon, A3, vRS and Golf.

Its not so much that Audi Engine Management boost those figures it's VW and Audi Management that don't allow the REAL figures of the Seat and Skoda range out!
My Leon does 0-60 stock in 7.1 full boot, tesco fuel no problem as do many many MANY other Leons and I bet other Skoda's. Supposed to be 8.2 0-60. My MPG is far better than the supposed 45.1 too.
But then the offcial figures are based on a 168 bhp engine and my Leon was never 168 bhp out the box anyway ;)
