Has anyone tried an up to date chip tuning box on a 74kw pd 1.9..Wasnt my first choice of engine..But i got the car for such a good price i even felt guilty ..I've already got a td tuning box which came with the car but for all i know it could be broken or doing more harm than good..seems a bit down on power lately

Car goes well 3rd gear up..1st n 2nd just seem to rev up with no real power.

anyone tried a k&n filter kit on a diesel??

Saving my pennies up for a vrs tdi octy but thats gonna be at least 2 years away :(

Have you thought about a remap?

I have a Jabba Generic map and a piper cross panel filter. Pleased with both makes it totally different car to live with. Currently running 166bhp and 292 torques.

May i suggest a remap?

My PD-130 got it, with the following result:
