£18k depreciation in 7 months - who'd buy a new Phaeton ?

Featured Replies

Spotted on the VW website today

People do buy them though :)

No idea, but if it keeps depreciating like that I'd have a second hand one. ;)

yes please!

Is this normal or is there something else going on? Cat D? Stolen/Recovered?

Cat D? Stolen/Recovered?

I hope not - it's at a franchised VW dealership

Amen to that!

We've got at least one Phaeton owner on the site.

If he bought it new could you let me know please

I'd like to meet a person who can afford to set fire to that much money and not worry about it

Nah it wasn't a new purchase...... I can't for the life of me rememeber who it was.... I know he had a Superb before hand.

I doubt the first owner paid list for it so I don't think anyone is nursing an £18K loss. It could be a demonstrator.

I'd like to see him put one of those barges sideways :giggle:

No - I remember a thread a while back where someone on here was trying to seek out a Phaeton, I think bought one, but returned it shortly after and bought another one. I'm sure he'll surface again soon and put us out of our misery

You realised quicker than me lol
