Well, as both the car was clean and the sun was out and fresh having finally gotten round to painting my last brake caliper green I decided to go take one or two photos of the car before parking her up for another week under the dark dusty arches of Leeds. So here are the photos, as I say nothing professional but just a few snaps. Hope you like emoticon-0148-yes.gif

The Octavia's suspension is so high I managed it comfortably! emoticon-0140-rofl.gif

Awesome looking beast, defo want a white diesel to sit next to the hearse :thumbup: out of interest, how did you remove the pedestrians........photoshop, a bomb scare or maybe you took the pictures at 4am!!! :rofl:

It's not that busy an area down there, it's just undergone renovation, plus it's Sunday - oh and it was 4 PM, lol, in the first pic you can just make out the heads of some people out for a drinky at the hotel. I did have a photo where there were four or five pedestrians on the bridge looking down at the car and me, probably wondering what on earth I was doing there! emoticon-0102-bigsmile.gif

For those who don't know the area and want to know it's Granary Wharf Leeds in canal basin at the end of the Leeds Liverpool Canal.

Just about! I sometimes see one or two on my walk home after a late shift just on the corner of David St. :dull:

I lived briefly at Brewery Wharf, when I worked in Leeds. Hateful place. Wants bombing with a blast radius that'll span just out past Dewsbury. :thumbup:

Yeah we had about 3 hours of sun :D I manaaged to get it washed in the morning and get it back over to Leeds, take the snaps and get it parked up before the weather closed in :thumbup:
