Try Engine mountings.

The vibation si principally from engine, and from accellerator, and only between 1800-2000 rpm. :-(.

I've new engine mountings but the vibration (or hesitation during acceleration) still remain,

have you had the cambelt checked? it may have jumped a tooth and that would cause very rough running and vibrations

Oh yes It's checked!

I've resolved the problem diconnecting the black pipe on egr actuator and plugging it with a screw.
