Would anyone know if an Audi TT steering wheel would fit my Octavia?

Would like an R32 one but they go for really good money hence the question....

and would my airbag drop in also?

any help would be appreciated...

Yes the steering wheel would fit but your airbag would not fit that wheel.

TT wheel and bag sell for about £200

R32 wheel without an airbag are £200ish...and I'm sure my Octy airbag will fit?

How much do the Octy vRS wheels and airbag sell for, just looking at off-setting the cost??

and one last Q, can you change the Audi badge in the airbag for a Skoda one???

why would you want to swap a vRS wheel for the tt one? are they not the same?

I thought the only diff was the R32 one the was moulded?

every one Ive seen is same as vRS

all the TT ones I've seen have been the same....

I do believe the air bag Is a straight fit on the R32 wheel. The R32 steering wheel I bought came with It fitted.

yea they are a direct fit, thats what baffles me about that TT one you shown,

although the TT wheel itself will fit it looks like the air bag is a slightly shape to the Skoda one

shame as you can get a nice TT wheel (minus airbag) in good condition for well under a ton whereas the R32 one will be double that

choice is buy the R32 one and swap the airbag over or buy the TT one and swap the lot over, downside is the whole lot costs close to £200, the plus point I suppose is I'd then have a vRS wheel and airbag for sale to offset the cost.

The airbag alone new from skoda Is £400 I got £150 for my vRS steering wheel inc airbag when I sold It.

The £200 was for a second hand one, not new...

But, if I got one for that and could get £150 for the vRS wheel and airbag it would put quite a dent in the initial spend, hmmmmm!

I'll keep looking for one
