Have you put different indicator bulbs in, as they look blue to me? If so are they Osrams by any chance?

Well spotted. I put some chrome effect (bluey chrome actually) ones from lidl in, bought a good while ago. The next plan is to try and find some extra white P21w bulbs for the DRLs. LEDs don't work and the originals are very yellow.

Thanks for everyones comments

I've got Philips ones on my car, and I like them.

BTW, Your car looks Great. I saw a TSI estate a few weeks ago whilst walking into town. It looked good in White or Silver (I can't remember which).

That looks well smart , I actually like the standard alloys as well , even if the Elba ones are a free option!

Looks very nice

Smart Looking Motor! Apparently white is the new black. More and more white cars on the road with 59 and 10 plates. Was tempted by white for my Fabia estate but Im a red car man so Corrida it is!!

Incidentally do Fabia now come with day running lights?

Regards

Grahame

looks great, nice wheels. it looks almost like a vrs estate but with different wheels

Threadbare

Re the day running lights, yes the FL does have them but only in the Elegance model...Suprisingly though they dont come connected up from the factory. You have to go into the fuse box and activate the switch at the bottom of it to turn them on....very odd..

where are the drl's?

Just outside the foglights. Here's a pic of mine with them switched on:

My new car will look similar, a 1.6 TDi Elegance in White  tell me about the LEDs for the Daytime running lights, I was contemplating, buying LEDS as I want a bright white light for the DRLs.

I bought some multi LED P21W bulbs. Initially I bought some with 24LEDs but they were physically too big to pass throught the hole in the reflector, foolishly I didn't check whether they actually lit. I then bought some smaller ones with less LEDs that did fit but when I turned them on they wouldn't light. I tested them with a 12v supply and they lit up fine. I think it must be a compatibility issue with the canbus system. The car doesn't actually give a bulb fault warning because I don't think that feature is enabled on the Fabia. I have come across some Xenon super white bulbs that I will try next. You can get them with a blue finish which I don't like or mirrored like the indicator bulbs which I think will look quite smart.

Nice photos - would love to see some shots of the boot space inside the estate :)

it's huge for a 'small car/ supermini'

on paper i believe it's bigger than a honda accord estate and many other estates in a higher class size

I'll post some pics this weekend but the footprint is almost the same size as the Octavia 1. Less than 2" shorter front to back and less than 2" narrower between the arches, a really useful size. The floor appears narrower at the bootlid end because of the dividers that create storage bins behind the arches. In fact the interior dimensions of the cabin are very close to those of the Octavia 1 as well. Clever packaging, deceptively spacious, the main reason I was happy to 'downsize' from my old Octy
