Octavia seat broken

Anyone had a similar problem?

It seem the side support on the upright part of the seat has "jumped" out of it's holdings.

Is this something I can sort myself, or is it a warranty job? (Car's less than 6mths old)

Happened to one of the german members too, just go to the dealers. Should be warranty!

2.0l TSI engines: what should I be looking out for AWD vehicles approaching 100k?

Hoping to purchase a 2.0l TSi Sportline/Laurin & Klement variant at some point soon. My budget may result in me seeking out a vehicle with 95K onwards on the clock. I’ll be only considering something with a full comprehensive service history. My understanding is that I shouldn’t worry about cam chain tensioners as they go on and on. But do they? So is there anything I should really looking out for? Thanks

Anyone else aware of a droning sound? On journey home from the dealership I was soon aware of a muted but constant droning. This was in marked contrast to the 'drone-free' 1.1 DSG Kamiq which I'd had for the previous three years. I've had the Karoq now for a few months and, with the exception of the droning, I'm pleased. At this point I have a confession: Karoq test drive was exclusively in-town streets. Previous car was 1.1 Kamiq SE DSG. The three years with it had been a superb experienc
